Come one, come all to the 2025 Columbus Buddy Walk®, hosted by the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio! It’s a day of inclusion, celebration, and raising vital funds for a cause that impacts so many families in 23 Central and Southern Ohio counties.
What to Expect:
- Community Spirit: Join thousands of participants as we come together to support and celebrate the Down syndrome community.
- Fun for All Ages: Enjoy a day filled with exciting activities including tailgating, music, dancing, family-friendly activities, and bounce houses. There’s something for everyone in the family!
- The Buddy Walk®: Embark on a short 1/4 mile walk surrounded by over 12,000 fellow supporters. It’s a symbolic journey of togetherness and empowerment.

Why Bracelets?
We’re just a regular family with an extraordinary little girl named Briella Joy.
When Briella was born with Down syndrome, we knew life would look a little different—but we never expected it to be this full of joy. From her tiny toes to her unstoppable spirit, she brings a light into the world that we couldn’t help but share.
That’s where the idea for Briella’s Bracelets came from.
Audra, ever the creative heart, dreamed up the idea of making bracelets to raise money for our Buddy Walk team. A few beads turned into a mission. And when you mix that with a husband who maybe takes branding a little too seriously, a full-blown bracelet brand was born.
These bracelets are more than just accessories—they’re reminders that joy is powerful, inclusion matters, and every extra chromosome is worth celebrating.

What is Briella's Bracelets?
This is simply a fundraiser for the Buddy Walk this year. Every bracelet sold helps raise money for our Buddy Walk team, Briella’s Besties, in honor of our daughter Briella Joy, who was born with Down Syndrome. We wanted a way to raise more money for D.S.A.C.O (Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio).
Where Does the Money Go?
100% of the proceeds from Briella’s Bracelets go directly to our Buddy Walk team—Briella’s Besties—and support the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO).
Your purchase helps fund local programs, educational resources, advocacy efforts, and events that empower individuals with Down syndrome and support families just like ours. Every bracelet you buy isn’t just a piece of jewelry—it’s a donation wrapped in joy, purpose, and love.
Are the Bracelets Handmade?
Yes! Every single bracelet is handmade to order—crafted with love, care, and a whole lot of purpose.
We personally make each one when you order, so no two bracelets are exactly the same—just like the people who wear them. You might notice slight variations in color or sizing, but that’s part of the charm. We’ll always do our best to make sure your bracelet fits just right and brings joy the moment it arrives!
When Will I Get My Order?
We aim to handmake your bracelet within 5–7 days of receiving your order. Once it’s ready, we’ll either ship it out to you or arrange a local pickup—whichever option you selected at checkout!
Because each bracelet is made to order, we appreciate your patience as we create something meaningful just for you. If you ever need it sooner, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen!
What Size Should I Order?
We offer a variety of sizes to fit kids and adults, and each bracelet is made with stretchy cord for a comfortable fit.
Here’s our general sizing guide:

Quick tip: To find your best fit, use a soft measuring tape or string to measure your wrist where you’d wear the bracelet. Pick the closest size up for a comfy fit.

Who Is D.S.A.C.O?
DSACO stands for the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio—an incredible nonprofit organization that supports, empowers, and advocates for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
They provide educational programs, community events, new parent outreach, inclusion initiatives, and so much more. DSACO has walked alongside our family since Briella’s birth, and they’re a huge part of why we started Briella’s Bracelets.
When you shop with us, 100% of proceeds go directly to DSACO through our Buddy Walk team, helping them continue their life-changing work for families just like ours.
